RETURNS

If you would like to exchange your product, or if for some reason you are unhappy with your product, please email sales@candymarx.com for a return authorisation or exchange details within 14 days of receiving your order. We only accept exchanges and returns if the product is returned in its original, unused, unmarked, undamaged condition. For change of mind or exchanges, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
